Makes one think about welcome and identity as a church. Certainly we would welcome all without concern for their religious beliefs but making that one of the first affirmations is a little odd.

I love this one! It identifies more populations than just the GLBT population, while being inclusive of the population - it does not single it out.
It celebrates all and repeats the phrase over and over "you are welcome here" - thus giving emphasis to that particular phrase.
